RAIN OR SHINE WE NAME AND SHAME >>

Over 20 activists (yes we are consistently getting more people out at these home demos) protested through crummy drizzly weather outside the home of Jennifer Ichida. The demo was very high energy - lots of passion flowing as activists chanted for an hour straight.

We spoke to several neighbors at this demo - many of whom had seen us several times before. Many were supportive, while many were also upset at Jennifer for moving into their neighborhood and creating such a controversy. One neighbor threw frozen chicken legs at us, but missed. Instead, it flew into the bushes in front of Jennifer's house. I guess Jennifer will have to deal with the stench of rotting flesh or fish it out from her bushes herself. What kind neighbors she must have.

The highlight of the evening came when Jennifer herself showed up and was escorted from her car by a friend. She was wearing her full surgical scrubs, probably on her way home from her torturous experiments. Activists cried "shame, shame!" as she went inside to her home and tried to block out the suffering of the animals inside her lab. As long as we're able, we won't let her entirely forget those animals inside her lab.
